Membership Owners gain access to use the kayaks or SUPs located at Tailrace Marina as much as they like all year around. Members can also use their own equipment and launch from our facility at Tailrace Marina.
When you purchase your membership, you’ll be issued a membership code. You will still need to ‘schedule’ each usage of a kayak or SUP on our website as if you were renting one using your name/email (you can not let others use your code). During that online booking process, you’ll enter your membership code and our system will not charge you for the rental.
This allows our system to let us know when you plan to arrive, and allows our system to have you sign a waiver for each usage.
When you book your membership, that date will be your renewal date every year if you choose to renew. In the off-season, members will be given the access code to the kayak facility after a first-time safety briefing.
