Not only are our boats and customer service second to none, we also make you and your family’s safety on the water our highest priority.

Prior to your arrival you will want to get familiar with the boat you are renting. Here is the video that walks you through our pontoons (they are all the same). This video also goes over VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT OPERATING THE PONTOON so watch this whole video. #SLOWisPRO.

PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE NAVIONICS APP BEFORE YOUR RENTAL. It is a valuable tool for navigation and shows the topography of the lake bottom (depth) in relation to where the boat is. It uses GPS so you will know exactly where you are on the lake and what the depth is below the boat! The App is free but you have to create a free trail account (it does not automatically charge your App Store account after trail ends). Once you create your account you’ll be given a small box where you can download a trail size map. Zoom the map box over Lake Wylie so it covers the whole lake and download that portion. Please do this before you arrive.

Lake Wylie Boat Rental uses a comprehensive U.S. Coast Guard approved training video program that will help you and your family build a firm foundation of safe boating practices. Remember, when you rent any boat; you are in charge, you are the ‘captain’ and only you can ensure the safety of those on-board with you. So please review these training materials carefully and ask an employee if you are unclear on any topic or have any questions.
